Maybe you'll wake up to a miracle. Here's recent / upcoming UPS flights out of Louisville.
Hmmm... would mine be one of those? None of those planes are going to California, and none left at 12:45am...
I’m in Los Angeles as well, two had departure scans at 8:31pm EST and two at 12:36am EST. All are set for Wednesday delivery, on ground shipping. Nothing is 100%, but I’m as certain as can be that they will not arrive tomorrow. Good luck on yours.
UPS says my phone is in Honolulu and I am absolutely floored. Nothing gets here that fast! Didn't even know there was a flight from KY to HI.
Just ordered the XS Max online from T-Mobile and it has a ship date of tomorrow. That's gotta be the first time this has ever happened with a new iPhone a week out from the pre-order date.
Ok so yesterday I finally got a rep to give me a tracking number. I started tracking it and it says expected delivery is 9/21. I have the origin scan in KY, but nothing else?? It also says I have Next Day Air Saver Shipping!? So.....where is my phone? I live in NC.

Yup, mine too! We can all stop checking ups constantly and enjoy an iPhone free weekend courtesy of T-Mobile’s craptastic customer service reps!

Picking it up on way to work this morning. Counter opens at 8:30, I usually get there around 9 and stand in line with usually 10-12 people silently there to do the same thing. They have one guy at the counter, and each person he has to individually go in the back and pull the package.

Mine departed Louisville at 12:15am I was supposed to get mine today but my date on ups changed smh

Like I said, have it held at your local UPS. In order to pick it up, you have to sign.
I didn’t know this before, but you can also call UPS to refuse a package after they deliver it. It just has to be unopened. They’ll arrange to pick it up the next day.

[doublepost=1537524387][/doublepost]I think it would be very educational if T-Mobile records a small video explaining how they handle these pre-orders... Like a video going over how they get the order processed, from the minute it comes in to the minute UPS takes over.
Have an idea of how, but would still love to see it. May soothe many people while they wait anxiously for their new phone (myself included)

yayyyyyyy!!! ordered 9/15 saturday, day after pre orders. phone now has a tracking number now! it’ll be here on the 24th (max 64gb)
