If you go into the billing section of your T-Mo account it should show your status as Shipped as well.

It will be on your lease, under billing as well, if you used JoD.

My order on the T mobile site has been stuck on “Your Order is processing...” since I placed it on Saturday. I login to UPS and it shows “Order Processed. Ready for UPS”.

Who knows when it’s arriving....

Mine just moved to In Transit from Louisville, KY with a Friday Delivery.

Both my XR orders are schedule to deliver tomorrow via ups my choice. The Tmobile systems have a delay on order updates. 1/2 my orders is now changed to shipped 3 hours after ups changed the status. On previous pre-orders I’ve gotten Tmobile notifications days after my orders were already delivered.

I just got the email from UPS saying I now have a package scheduled for delivery tomorrow which I then requested they hold at the depot for pickup. Now to see what happens with this other package I have listed from T-Mobile for my address. Still no idea what it is, but I have a tracking number for it.

Yeah. That’s what I’m expecting. The whole two packages thing is super confusing. I only ordered one phone. As far as i know this is a weird duplicate label.

mine has been stuck in the "your order is being processed" status since i pre ordered it on the 19th..iv'e checked my mobile app and the website..it only says "estimated shipping date between 10.26.2018 - 10.26.2018..aggravating not knowing or even getting an update up to now...

On the UPS site for your shipment on the right side,I believe mine had 3 or 4 reference nos.

Seems like TMobile and/or Apple have plenty of XR stock. Ordered a coral and black one on Tuesday 10/23 through TMobile app. Original ship window was 10/26 - 10/31. But yesterday morning window changed to 10/31 - 11/6. Thought it made sense since order was placed days after pre-orders started. To my surprise, received email this morning from TMobile that both phones were shipped. Logged into UPS account and saw that it was already in local UPS and preparing for delivery today.

I picked up my phone a bit over an hour ago. The box was a plain brown on the outside with a magenta interior. So way less noticeable than previous years.

So far the phone is great!
