T-Mobile activations line

Hi guys,

I'm trying to convert my T-Mobile Prepaid account (pre-existing) to a postpaid Simple Choice plan... activating it using the SIM that came with my iPhone 6 (which they've confirmed is unactivated). But I can't find anyone that won't make me get a new SIM card or go to a store.

I'm currently traveling so can't receive mail, and I'm nowhere near a store.

Does anyone have a number for their activations line that might be able to help?

Just ask for a representative, tell them what you're trying to do. When they ask for the IMEI and sim card number just read it off the box.
