T-mobile EIP at Apple Store

Has anyone confirmed or know if the Apple Store will be able to process Tmobile's Equipment Installment Plan for the iPhone 6 tomorrow? I'm getting mixed reports and the stores are all closed in my area.
 
No, there wont be EIP in Apple store because they selling CONTRACT FREE only.

EIP only on tmobile.com and tmobile retail store.
