Switched to T-Mobile after 13 years with AT&T. Submitted my final bill a few weeks ago. For those that have switched to T-Mobile, how long did it take you to receive your reimbursement?

It took well over a month for me. You can track the status of the refund on the website you used to request the refund in the first place. I have many regrets for going this route. I should have just paid my own ETF and been done with it. At the end of the day, the vast majority of the money is in bill credits. I'm a little salty because of how horrendously they screwed up my orders so it's been... a process.

About three or four weeks for us – after submitting online.

If you track it daily using the switch2t-mobile.com site it will let you know when they mail it.

It takes approximately one week from the time they note that it's been mailed on the website for delivery to your mailbox.

Just a word of caution. We had to submit our final bill three times before all four devices we turned in were paid off. Don't be surprised if you have to do the same. We now have three empty black debit cards stacked up at home. :D
