My $19 radio at bat subscription JUST renewed. My team is in market, so the tv portion doesn't matter, but I'll try to get a refund for the subscription I have if I can still get the radio broadcast

FULL...any device no restrictions. At least that's how it was last year

I have a data plan for my iPad with T-Mobile. If I try to sign in with the T-Mobile Tuesday App, they send a confirmation code text that you need to enter into the app. But an iPad can't receive texts to its data account as far as I know. (If it can, please someone tell me how to access it.)

And since my account is for a prepaid mobile device, I can't sign in on the web site.

Anyone have any idea how a data-only customer can take advantage of this?

I put the T-Mobile sim card from my iPad into my unlocked iPhone and was able to receive the text and log into the Tuesday App. We'll see if it works tomorrow.

anyone able to provide better instructions on how to sign up? TMobile says to go to MLB.TV and sign in using your phone number, but the only options the site has is to buy the package? What am I missing? Thanks!

Do you have the T-Mobile Tuesday app installed? Once you redeem the free year, it will take you to MLB.TV page where you have to enter your T-Mobile phone number and then either login or create an account. I was able to claim the free year in about two minutes.

Like nburwell said, you need to redeem it through the T-Mobile Tuesday app. Simply going to the MLB website won't do it.

Thanks! For some reason I just hadn't clicked the link on the Tuesday app. Worked like a charm!

This is one of my favorite benefits of being a T-Mobile customer. Haven't had to pay for it for 3 years. Logged in the AM and got my account connected So between this and FOX Sports GO showing local games, I can watch all the baseball.

Did this work for you?
I just called T-Mobile customer service and the person said that you needed a bundled voice and data account to qualify for T-Mobile Tuesdays. She said that my iPad-only data account was ineligible. I got the MLB freebie last year when I started the account.
Sucks.

Yep, works perfectly.

Loyal T-mobile customer for many years and it's my understanding that this FREE MLB.tv offer should be available to claim again tomorrow. I still have an account from with MLB.tv from last years deal, when I did not need to download a T-mobile Tuesdays app to "claim the prize". My issue this year is that my Blackberry Z10, from T-Mobile is not compatible with this years required T-mobile Tuesdays app. No problem, the last FAQ, on the bottom, at https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com/HowItWorkspage asks & answers the following question, as related to desktops:

Q: WHAT ARE THE SUPPORTED PLATFORMS FOR T-MOBILE TUESDAYS ON DESKTOP & WEB...?
A...Mozilla Firefox (FF)
Latest Firefox Release and 3 versions back from Date of Launch (Current Version 46.0 as of 06/7/16) (Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7) (Mavericks, Yosemite and El Capitan)

Apple Safari
Latest Safari and Previous 2 versions from Date of Launch - Supported Browsers (Mavericks, Yosemite and El Capitan)

That said, I'm currently running OS X Lion but have downloaded and hoping to install macOS Sierra, without any issues, ASAP. That said, I just got off the phone with T-mobile, who told me T-Mobile Tuesdays is not compatible with Sierra. Is this true?

Works fine for me. Maybe not optimized but I logged in just fine at https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com. Are you not able to log in running Lion? Have you tried Chrome?

So, you're telling me, there's a chance. Correct, I am not able to login, running Lion or should I say I'm "Ineligible", because when I login, I'm re-directed to https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com/Ineligible. No, I have not tried Chrome...I'm not a fan of Google products but as a last resort, I'd give it a shot.

OK, I upgraded to Sierra, which updated Safari; I also updated Firefox and iTunes, so far so good there. EXCEPT, on both browsers, I'm still not able to login at https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com, running Sierra or should I say I'm still "Ineligible", and STILL being re-directed to https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com/Ineligible. Before, I go crazy with this today, can anyone confirm the FREE MLB.tv Premium subscription for the year is available again today?
