Placed my order 4:50am pst, Pro Blue, 256 no card charge as of yet for me. Shows 9/24-9/27 like many others.
I’m an employee. The plan HAS to be magenta max or one plus to get any promo. I didn’t see any promo pricing other than that, so though you will get a trade in value if the phone you currently have are paid off, it won’t be as much as it would if you were on a qualifying plan. I’m in no way suggesting you change your plan if you’re happy with your pricing, just letting you know how it’s working this year.Both my spouse and I have iPhone 12 Pros. So if we trade in under our current plan (not Magenta), each of our two phones will get 640 (Apple) + 200 (Tmobile) - is that correct? I wonder if the 200 dollars from TMOBILE applies to one phone per account or any phones under the same account.
I had that happen before once. For me fortunately It didn’t move up my date. Still got it release day. I do remember the system automatically re running the card again in about 24 hours. I think it was less.Placed my preorder when they started yesterday for blue 13 pro max,T-Mobile tried to charge my account last night but Card wouldn’t let it go through and threw up a fraud alert. I contacted bank this morning and cleared the charge and called T-Mobile to rerun card but they said system wouldn’t let them and they had to rerun order and I lost my 24th ship date! It is now 25 to October 5th. I hate this apple anytime I ordered through them always hold the order if card doesn’t go through and you don’t lose your place . Dang it T-Mobile. Anyone else have this happen?
This happened to me yesterday. I had to reorder the iPhone. I signed the EIP and got the confirmation email saying order complete and provided me with an order number. But I never got the other emall saying a device order had been placed and could never find the order status on the website. I called T-Mobile and they confirmed something went wrong and I needed to reorder the phone. When I did reorder the phone I got all of the above mentioned emails and the order shows up under my order status of my account. Oddly enough when I reordered it kept the same order number. Not sure what happned but it delayed my order to 9/25-10/5 on the shipping.So, I ordered 3 phones, starting at 5:02am PST. 2/3 phones tmo can't find the orders. Signed EIP for both. Order numbers for both & they can't locate orders. Not the first pre-order issues I've had. Both the missing orders were done thru website, which was glitchy, but I got them done, I'd thought. Pain in the a**.
My SB is till not chargedIt looks the sierra blues are getting charged. If I remember correctly from previous years T Mobile did this in batches of specific models or colors. Anyone with graphite color get charged?

So my card was just charged for the new order I had to place so maybe I’ll be getting by 24th after all instead of 25th to October 5th. As the T-Mobile rep said it would not charge till it was ready to ship. So here is keeping my fingers crossed!
