In an Apple store, will they do the add the phones retail cost to the bill like they do in a T-Mobile store or do you have to buy it full price?

It's just common knowledge. No store offers T-Mobile's EIP financing other than T-Mobile stores themselves. Apple only sells "T-Mobile" iPhones at full retail. Just go on their site and try to order one and see if it lets you buy one for anything other than full retail.

However, Apple's website doesn't let you buy Verizon phones with Edge, but they do in the store. I'd call Apple and ask.
