Carrier T-Mobile iPhone 7 Plus in Europe?

Hi,

A friend from the US is visiting me in Germany soon. The iPhone 7 Plus is 190$ cheaper in the US compared to Germany (AFTER sales tax).

Does the T-Mobile iPhone 7 Plus support the European LTE Bands? I am a bit confused. Thx!
