Well it's only Tuesday. We still have Wednesday and Thursday. I'll completely loose hope if on Thursday I don't get at least charged. I'm kinda regretting choosing the SG now :/

its because the name doesnt match with what Tmobile sent UPS. check the order to add it as name variation or chat with UPS they can tell you. Once updated you can change delivery for pickup if thats what you were trying to do

Here's a strange one... So I tracked the package via the T-Mobile App, and it sends me to UPS. Easy. On that page (from my phone), I created yet another My Choice login and I can see all of the information. Package is coming from KY, and I have the ability to make changes to the delivery, etc. I have no idea why (all info is the same) it didn't show up on my normal My Choice account. Meh.

Nothing is showing on the web site for some reason. Check your phone App and it'll appear there still.

Mines disappeared as well lol. They took them off cause we keep refreshing and bogging down their site. Swear I crack up at how iPhone users (me included) get all crazy when a new device is released.

They told me I had to update my card, and that's why it dissapeared. They told me the new card was going to be processed until tomorrow.

only t-mobile give these responses thats bs.. my order is shipped and it also disappear briefly now its showing again..
