Did you click into the details page to see more?
Mine also just shows a status, but when I click to see more details I get an error message "Thank you for your order. Details status information for your order is not yet available. If your order was placed recently, updates will be available soon, please check back later." from the desktop, and "Insufficient permissions to perform this action. Please contact your primary account holder to perform this action" from the mobil app.
I am the primary account holder.
Silver 256 and SG 64 on order since Nov. 6th.
