Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Congrats to everyone able to get it done a bit earlier than expected (my estimated ship date is 2-3 November for all 3); to those still dealing with the phone: good luck, and be patient.

I have no idea what's up with Apple's own site.
 
JOD customer. Called at 11:58 PST and got right to a rep. Order went smooth except their phone kept breaking up. Had him call me back twice. But I could hear him say the order went through (256 silver) and I’d have it launch day (Nov. 2-3 ship date). What I do NOT have yet, done 30 minutes later, is a confirmation email. So now I’m hold waiting for another rep to confirm the order actually went through. ‍♀️
 
Estimated to ship 11/02/2017 - 11/03/2017
Ordered place at 1:03 PST time. Rep did tell me it could be well into a December due to such low quantities.
 
Website was giving me issues with not finding out what phone I have. Just picked up the phone and called around 11:59am. Went through the call and ordered. Signed docs done.

Click on the link to your order status. Should show your order # and date.
 
Couldn't get it, instead had to order on Apple's site with a delivery of Nov 17-24 🙁 Hope I can bring it back into the store and return and get the iUP.

I got someone on the phone immediately at 2:01 and the email popped up as soon as I was off the phone. It says you have 48 hours to sign it so I think you'll be ok. I ordered the silver 64GB which is supposed to be delivered Nov 3. This feels surreal. It's not even 30 minutes in and I'm going to bed with a ship date on launch with T-mobile. I didn't get my 7 plus on launch last year. Did they massively improve or did I just get lucky for the first year??
 
Pretty sure everyone will have a ship date of Nov 2-3 right now because TMO doesn’t have iPhones assigned to orders yet.

Not trying to be Buzz Killington, but ship dates will slip for some of us. Oh well...I can wait.

Sorry guys but I'm 90% confident that your estimated delivery doesn't mean jack, at least for the moment. T-Mobile isn't updating their site's estimated delivery in real-time, it's hard coded for the moment. Apple's site is already estimating December delivery whilst all of us at that ordered through TMO up until this point are all getting delivery day dates? Doesn't sound right to me at all.
 
anyone able to do JUMP for the first time over the phone? I was told that I had to go into the store since I would be a new JUMP customer.

Well agreement signed, signed copy received. When I talked to the second rep he said that he couldn't "see" my ship date that the first rep told me but that as long as I ordered within the first hour (order shows 10/27 12:12 PST) I'd get it on launch day. Guess we'll see!

Called the 611 number at 1:58AM CST. Got with a representative in 10 seconds. Ordered phone in 10 minutes.

Easiest iPhone pre-order EVER.

That is strange! I just got the LG V30 not even two weeks ago - was told I would have to order the iPhone X through EIP. I called expecting to pay a down payment. I did no such thing!! My rep said I was able to use my JOD and I just have to return the LG once the X comes in. Needless to say I was PUMPED!!

By far my smoothest upgrade to date with T-Mobile! I pray my shipping doesn't bumped...
 
Well finally got back on the forums. They seemed to go bye bye for awhile there. So I got right on at 3am ET and lord it took 12 minutes to order with all the crap the guy had to read to me. I don't remember so much legal nonsense in years past. Anyway, I ordered the 256 Silver X, and it's showing shipping of 11/02-11/03. I hope that's accurate!
 
Yeah, I feel a little skeptical about the fact that we're all on 11/2-11/3 shipping dates. I ordered within the first 4 minutes on the Apple Store and my shipping there was 11/10-11/17. Seems a little too good to be true.
