T-mobile is down in MA. Cannot make calls. My friend in NY also has a problem of making calls.

If you go to the home page of Down Detector, will see that everyone has a spike going on.

My ATT was "No Service" briefly. An Airplane Mode on and off got me a signal again (this was maybe 15-30min ago).

Att is always bad, isn't it? :)

Huh, that's weird. I wonder what happened. Solar storms? :)

Didn't think of that, as ATT, TMo, and Verizon all had a downtime spike at the same time: I chalked it up to one of the big backbone fiber companies had a blip.

Now, my specific issue has the variable of I'm in a bit of a low lying area with towers with not great line-of-sight, so probably coincidence happening at same time.

As for solar activity, did not find any report of an uptick with that yesterday. All sources reported "calm".
