What exactly do you mean when you say your coverage is "less than half"? I switched to TMO as well and I'm very happy with the service. It's just as good as AT&T ever was.

It all depends on location. I live in Southern California, so I assumed I would have adequate coverage, but I'm in the Inland Empire rather than in a more densely populated place like LA, so as it turns out, my coverage is terrible. My phone is completely useless at my house unless I have it connected to WiFi (fortunately TMobile supports calling through WiFi), and my wife used to call me every day on her drive home from work, but she loses signal for most of the drive home. Also, my phone used to work in several shopping centers close to my house (Target, Costco, etc) and now I don't have any coverage in those buildings. I used to check reviews or price check things on Amazon or other internet sources, but now I can't. Or if I want to ask a friend or family member about potential gifts or what have you, I need to take a picture and wait until I get home to ask them if they'd like me to pick it up for them. When I said my coverage is less than half, I meant that I can't use my phone even half as much as I used to be able to.
