    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7A341 Safari/528.16)

Nothing to it. Follow the directions on the first link. Read it over a few times if your still unsure

Then you shouldn't attempt this if following simple directions is too difficult for you.

Would you like me to drive to your house and do it for you. What is there to explain. Read the posts.

If you didnt use SSH or a custom ipcc then when you receive a photo it is degraded a lot

What MMS settings should we use then?

    The location is :

    /private/var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundle.bundle/carrier.plist.

When I open it with notepad, or notepad++ it looks garbled though...

The easiest way is to add the carrier file through iTunes. Directions are in the first link. No editing files just click shift update and choose the file.

    Totally Works!

    T-Mobile iPhone 2G JB/Unlock 3.0 using MAC OS X

    Go here --> http://www.modmyi.com/forums/t-mobile/656651-t-mobile-usa-carrier-bundle.html

Download where it says DOWNLOAD VERSION 1.0.4

    UNZIP IT

MAKE SURE iTUNES is NOT RUNNING

    Open your TERMINAL and type:

defaults write com.apple.iTunes carrier-testing -bool TRUE

    push ENTER

Plug in the iPhone and open iTunes

HOLD OPTION and click CHECK FOR UPDATE

Navigate to the Bundle folder you just downloaded and choose your bundle either TMobile_us_prepaid.ipcc or postpaid

    iTunes will update the settings

When it finishes reboot your phone (HOLD POWER AND HOME BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME) only restarting your phone will not work

When it starts back up send yourself a picture and you should recieve the same quality picture!

    If on a Mac:
Install XCode Tools from the CDs that came with your Mac, then .plist files should automatically open up in a PropertyList Editor..From here, it is very easy if you follow the instructions carefully.

    If on a PC:
There should be some PList editing applications available. I do not know of any because I only mod my iPhone using a Mac..Things work better Apples to Apples.
