Funny, I just saw the T Mobile commercial that said their network was faster than anything the iPhone runs on...the power/creativity of commercials.:rolleyes:

I guess you didn't see any of the Verizon commericals doing the exact same thing prior to them getting the iphone.
 
This isn't innovation and really has nothing to do with the merger falling through other than the fact that they were forced to do it to stay alive.


That couldn't be more untrue. As a TMO enterprise customer I know that they were pushing hard on backhaul improvements and network tweaks before the merger announcement. They also really used to focus on customer service. After the merger things went very quiet on the engineering front, and customer service starting circling the bowl toward AT&T levels.

Now that the deal is dead, and AT&T has given up the cash and spectrum TMO can get back to the business of building a better competitor, and keeping the other companies honest.
