I used to be the biggest fan of T-Mobile. I had three all in lines for $100. I cancelled two of them and now I have just one T-Mobile one line and a prepaid unlimited. T-Mobile doesn't throttle prepaid lines unless you go over 50GB in congested areas.
Anyways, Here's a screenshot on T-Mobile one from my XS Max and the other from my Note 9 at around 7PM last night. I just can't recommend T-Mobile anymore. Here in Denver, the service is just plain bad unless you use it around 3AM, then I get over 100Mbps. The Note 9 is a T-Mobile purchased model and this XS Max is a unlocked model.

Now here's AT&T on another XS Max that I have. This XS Max is a AT&T purchased phone. Again, these speed tests were all taken around 7PM last night in Denver Colorado, one above was after 9PM.
