HSPA+ is more or less a firmware upgrade to the existing 3G towers. All towers are now upgraded. Now we just need the phones that can use the tech. Many were announced today.

If ip5 doesnt support +, I'll declare jobs officially out of touch with consumers.

I highly doubt that the next iphone will not support HSPA+

When did it get turned on? On November 17 At&t sent out an announcement says 80% of their network is done. I haven't heard anything since.
