Tab Syncing new feature problem

Hi, I'm new here, even if i read your forum from ages.
I decided to sign up today because i have a problem with the 2 preview version of mountain lion (12A154q):
When i click on the icloud icon in Safari, it doesn't work at all as it should (

)
I'm sorry if it's in italian, but it could be translated with something like: "no iCloud panel available".

Am I the only one with this problem? What can i do? My iphone is totally synchronized with my macbook with iCloud and all the rest works perfectly.

It does not work with iOS devices yet. They need an update. It works Mac to Mac though
