Table Formulas inside Pages

Can anyone help me using the formulas with please.

l want to do is show I'm deducting a 25% discount after the discount.

I'm really puzzled using it. That £ in B3 won't disappear either. 😡

It'll also work but it's static formula. If you change discount in the C7 field, value after discount won't update.

B3 is formatted to display as a currency.

Select the cell. In the Format flyout, select Cell. Then choose Number from the Data Format dropdown.

Merode is correct. Actually, the original formula was correct except missing a ")" after C7.
