iPad Tabs in Safari not showing?

When I have multiple tabs open, say 3, it gives me a list when I click on an ellipse. Where are the tabs? I don't want a list.

Never mind. I was thinking about Safari on OSX not iOS. + on iOS gets you another tab. Ellipse shows you open tabs not displayed and favorites.

You cannot, only on the iPhone and Touch.
