iPad Pro Tabs reloading more often again (Low RAM issues)

Has anyone noticed their tabs on their new iPad Pros are re loading more than often again, I have the 11”

Could this yet again be a RAM issue which was finally sort of resolved in the 10.5 when they bumped the RAM up?

I have always had tabs reloading on my 1st gen iPad Pro... even back when it was first released. I don't think it is RAM related.
