Hi folks,
I'm looking for some help here - tearing my hair out!
I have a HomePod (2nd Generation) set up with a Hue Bridge Pro, 30 Hue lights, an Aqara Hub, and an Aqara Doorbell. All working blissfully.
I picked up a Tado X system at the weekend. I set up the Tado Wireless Receiver and the Tado Wireless Temperature Sensor as per the instructions and it's all working fine via the Tado app, but when I go to add the Temperature Sensor to the Home app it states "connecting" for an age before stating the accessory was unable to connect.
I've powered down the entire house, have reinstalled the Tado app, have factory reset the Tado Wireless Receiver and the Tado Wireless Temperature Sensor, and have attempted to add the Temperature Sensor via the Home app before setting it up through the Tado app. No success!
The Temperature Sensor is showing under Matter in the Settings app, but even removing it from there before trying to factory reset and pair the Sensor does not work!
Anybody in a similar situation or able to offer some insight?
Thanks!
