Tagging Tracks with ID3 info and artwork for iTunes

Hi folks,

I'm ripping some video DVDs of a buddy's comic routines.

I plan on using Audio hijack to rip each bit and tag with track info / joke title and the artwork from his dvd jackets.

Will that do the trick?

Unfortunately, this is months after we finished the actual DVD work so I don't have the original project files (plus we are going back to DVDs over the last 3 years).
