Tahoe 26.5 beta iMessages will not send to Android

Has anyone else lost the ability to send messages to Android users since installing 26.5 beta? I receive messages from them and also message I send from my phone sync right away. All attempts at sending to an Android results in the dreaded "Not Delivered". The exact same symptoms are on my iPad also running the latest beta.

Sounds like your iPhone isn't forwarding any more.

On the iPhone, open Settings > Apps > Messages and check the settings.

The forwarding settings are on in the iPhone settings, which explains why I am receiving messages on the Mac and iPad. The mystery is why I cannot send them.
