Sinde uograding to Tahoe, and using a multimonitor system ( been doing that more than 20 years ), when waking the monitors, because my Mac Studio does not sleep, the dock goes wandering, and the apps running on those monitors do not appear where you last left them. I am frustrated and tired of every time I wake the Mac, I always have to go looking for any more Tahoe snitches. I post this as a formal complaint hoping Apple coders read it and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.......

No Apple coders will read it here. Submit official feedback to Apple...

Post details regarding your Mac Studio model and configuration, along with spec details for your displays and how you are attaching them to the Studio. Difficult to offer advice w/out this information.
