Tahoe using too much memory doing nothing. Is it okay?

Have been using the Mac so far and have to say it's rocking on Tahoe!
Never thought how MacOS was handling RAM usage until now. Take a look at this:
It doesn't matter how hard I push using the apps that I normally do, it won't get laggy.

Nothing to worry about. I have had up to 5 gigs compressed and no swap used. And also yellow memory pressure with up to 3 gigs in swap. Everything runs fine. Stop to look at activity monitor.
