Since updating to Tahoe 26.4.1.16.11.4, I have had the following issues:

  1. Slow performance on internet sites such as Facebook. It will freeze when trying to activate a video or action and freezing when other actions are taken.
  2. Pop up windows asking for permissions such as "Netserver.app would like to access data from other apps" or "WorkflowAppcontrol.app would like to access data from other apps". These messages never appeared before and are very annoying since they will come in three different pop ups and you have to answer each one before proceeding.

the permission prompts are almost certainly macOS re-asking after the update - happens pretty consistently after point releases on my end too. WorkflowAppcontrol is tied to the Shortcuts/automation system and Netserver is part of the file sharing stack. approve them once and they shouldn't keep coming back.

the Facebook slowness is probably a separate issue - browser cache most likely. try clearing Safari's website data (Settings > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All), force-quit Safari, reopen. Facebook caches a lot of session state that can get stale after an OS update and cause exactly the freezing you're describing.
