take a screenshot with a twist

i want to take a BUNCH of screenshots and i was wondering is there a way i can take them and save them as individual pictures (through automator??)
i dont want to use command, shift, 4, & space....IT TAKES TOO LONG! and my fiingers hurt !!

You can just set a new key-combination in the mouse & keyboard preferences…
