Take file from mac to windows

i recently just started using mac and runs windows xp in my macbook using bootcamp. can anyone tell me is it possible to take a file i put in my mac when i'm using window xp? thks

You could use an external HDD or thumbdrive formatted in Fat32 to transfer the file from one OS to another.

When in Boot Camp I use Mediafour's Macdrive to access my Mac disks.

Although you didn't ask from OS X I use Paragon's NTFS to read and write files to the Boot Camp partition. 😉
