Taking in for earphone warranty...

I got 5 Columns on my sb and I can't get rid of it... I also don't want to restore

What do you mean you can't get rid of it? Just uninstall it.

if it hasto do with your phone you have to do a full restore restore as new is the best way, really no choice if it's the phone. if it's your earphones themselves just take them in they don't need your phone to test it! 😉
