Hey guys I had a question. I'm going to take my MBP into the Apple Store to see if maybe they can figure out what's up with my computer. My question is, can I make an appointment online, do I have to call, or do I just show up?

Thanks a lot guys

This might be a stupid question, but where do I find my Apple Membership Number?

Yup, I like making my own appointment, b/c the AppleCare folks have the access to the same appointment calendar, and the only difference is the fact that they will put your case number on the appointment calendar. Walk-ups can be tough b/c sometimes people are actually on time for their appointments...:(

If you don't mind me asking, what kinds of problems are you having with your MBP?

Ya ya, not a problem

I will be working on a project, doesn't matter what program I'm using cause its happened in them all, but my keyboard and trackpad will freeze. Everything on my screen is live, but the keyboard and trackpad wont do anything. I can plug in a USB mouse and that will work. It stays like this till I restart. Gets annoying when it does it while working on projects and all that so hopefully they can figure it out.

If anyone has any advice on this issue then shoot away.

did you happen to do the "workaround" for 10.5.6 to JB the iPhone? if so, that could be the problem....

if not, than I do not know..
