Has anybody ever taken off their Moshi Palm Guard? Does it leave any residue?

I took it off several times as I wanted to reposition it in the perfect way. There was no residue. I do not know if there will be residue if we take it off after using it for a long time.

Moshi claims on their website that it leaves no residue when it's removed FWIW.

I recently took the Moshi cover off my MacBook Pro trackpad after having it installed for about a year. It left a crapload of residue behind. Because I didn't want to use anything harsher than slightly soapy water to clean my trackpad, it took days before enough of the gunk was gone for my trackpad to be fully usable. Even now, a few weeks after removal, there's still some residue on the bottom of the trackpad near the button.

I never had issue with residue left; if anything it would be minuscule; nothing a little of Goof Off can't fix.
