Taking Pictures While Shooting Video?

I thought they said this was one of the new features of iOS 6?

A) Is it?

B) Is it 4s and 5 only?

C) If it is, how do you do it? I have an iPhone 4 and either it isn't a feature at all, or isn't on the 4, or I don't know how to use it.

Okay, that is what I figured.

Panorama seems to work on 4s though, so I am surprised this doesn't work on 4s.
