Taking screenshots with quicktime

I purchased a season of a tv show in iTunes, and I want to be able to take screenshots of some of the episodes using QuickTime on my Mac. I couldn't find any settings in quicktime for this. Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks for the link.

When I do press Command+Shift+4 and take the screenshot, I just get a blank screen, like the one here. I remember this happening on windows, and it had something to do with video overlaying, but I have no idea how to fix it on a mac. Anyone have a solution? Thanks!
