good that it worked out, its kind of cool small businesses like this do exist perhaps a chance for them to get that "official" business real estate.
Honestly, I've seen tons of shoddy and god-awful work at Apple Authorized Service Centers and Apple Stores so I wouldnt necessarily rule out a start-up like this to handle certain Mac work. I've done it before and continue to do my own work as a consultant -- home or anywhere. As long as the work is honest and quality, take it how you will.
