iPhone 13 Pro Max Tap app icons twice to work

Anyone have to tap the app icons twice to get the app to open often? This happens quite a bit each day. First tap does nothing. Second tap will work. Maybe a screen issue?

Never had it happen yet. 13 Pro on 15.0 and now 15.01.
