Is there still a way to tap the statusbar to return to the top of the page? Specifically in Safari? I miss this the most of anything so far. I like how it minimizes the toolbar, but I need a way to scroll quickly back to the top.

Tap the clock. Double tap if the address bar is minimized.

Didn't know about the double tap, thanks. It still won't scroll to the top though, minimized or not, tried tapping on the clock and still nothing.

It might be a beta glitch.

Works fine here. Worst case scenario requires a quick double-tap on the clock otherwise a single tap usually does it, as was the case in iOS 7.

I was really hoping it was fixed, it's really annoying.

I don't know if it would help, but have you tried reinstalling? It works fine on my Safari (ios 8 b2).

iPad Air, both betas haven't been able to do it. My iPhone 5S does do it. Pretty sure it's a bug.
