Tap To Tweet from Notification Centre Crashing

Occasionally - but not always - when I pull down Notification Centre and hit Tap To Tweet, my phone will freeze and only a hard reset will fix it. Anyone else seen this? I've been running iOS 6 since beta 1.

My girlfriend's phone is experiencing this as well.

Yeah I have the same problem. I can't even really get the twitter app to work right. It's probably on twitters end considering how bad the app is.
