Tapback in Messages Being announced but Not Showing as Bubble

When someone send a tapback I see that has been sent on the side but it doesn't appear anywhere , iPad, iPhone, computer and watch
All updated to the latest 14.3 iOS or watch 7.3 etc.
I looked if I could find some solutions but couldn't find any, even if, in the past, was happening already.
New ideas?
