Tape recording app, like Hipstamatic for audio?

Anyone know of an app that will simulate the old crappy sounds of cassette tape? Kind of like hipstamatic but for audio. Thanks for any help!

I don't know if Retro Recorder has filters but it looks great.

I thought Retro would do it, but that's not what's about unfortunately.

Have to check out voices. Any other ideas?

Couldn't find voices anywhere on the App store.
