Well, my Taptic engine no longer works. It sounds like a wind up toy and I can no longer feel it.

What is my best option to get this thing replaced. Should I set up a Genius appointment, or shall I "send in for repair?"

I don't want to be without my item, any chance they swap it out if I go to the store?

You can't swap or get a repair in store it has to be sent off. So the choice is yours on calling Apple or popping in store

There is no swapping at the store. If you have AC+ they will overnight you a replacement, if not they will send your watch out for repair. I had two taptic engines fail before I got my 3rd watch and all has been good.

Two failures!?!? Oh geez...

I'll let you know what happens when I get back.
