Taptic Engine Size Difference

I've just been looking at the teardowns of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus on iFixit.

Interestingly, the Taptic Engine on the 6s Plus is about half the size as the Taptic Engine in the 6s.

I'm curious to know now how much of a difference this makes.
