Target's Black Friday Schedule

Target's Black Friday sale begins today with this week's three-day event and thousands of deals available sitewide. Target is also offering a "Deal of the Day" every day through December 24, with many exclusive deals available only to Target Circle members.

Additionally, a new lineup of deals will drop every Sunday in November and last through the following Saturday. All of this leads up to the week of Black Friday, where shoppers can expect even more discounts and offers both in Target stores and online.

Target's Early Black Friday Sale

Like many retailers, Target's early Black Friday offerings are wide and varied. You'll find notable markdowns on video games, appliances, TVs, smart home products, speakers, headphones, and more this week.

Shoppers should note that some of the deals below do require Target Circle, which does have a free tier and is worth signing up for if you're interested in any of these offers. Once you're a member, the deals will be applied automatically at checkout.

Apple Accessories

The best Apple-related deals during this sale are on Apple's USB-C power adapters and iPhone 16 cases, including both Silicone and Clear options. These Apple deals are today's Deal of the Day, and will expire later tonight.

The best deal is around Cyber Monday when they’ll have Target gift cards for 10% off. You can use that on almost anything besides other gift cards. So you can basically use that to buy any gift you want for 10% off.

I don't recall the Target Apple Gift card sale being 10% off.

I do, however, remember it being a buy a $100 Apple Gift Card and get a $15 Target gift card though, and it usually starts the day before Black Friday (i.e. Thanksgiving day), not on Cyber Monday. Additionally, if you have a Discover Card, that's 5% off making it a 20% discount.

I mean Target store gift cards. So you can buy a $500 Target gift card for $450, then if Target has the iPad Air for sale at $499, use the gift card you just bought and you’re basically saving $150. Plus tax of course.

Ah. Target's own gift cards. Gotcha.

must be a rough year in retail coming...... considering inflation and all killing budgets....

So it seems "Black Friday" is now becoming "Black November" with all retailers. And wasn't there a bit of this in October too?

I wonder how longer until it becomes "Black Fall."

And then "Black Summer." ;)
Maybe. Our company is taking the same cue as every other co, buying everything we foresee needing for the next couple-few years now, before the January 25% price hikes kick in. We'll freeze purchasing after that until the tariffs end years later. So by summer there should be an abundance of supply these sellers will need to liquidate. Could be a good time to pick one up from a retailer that doesn't mind taking a bath on them just to get rid of supply then.

This is what I'm watching for. It actually used to be $20 target gift card back but last few years they reduced it to only $15.
