TARGET MODE Does Not Boot

Hello. My iMac wont startup in Target Mode. I've held down the T key but have had no luck. Its running Tiger 10.4.11 and is missing it's Utilities folders.

What happens when you boot and hold down the t key?

Never mind!!! 5 minutes later i fixed it. I had to go onto the system prefs and click a button that puts it in Target Disk mode.
