I received my replacement Targus slim case from them in the mail today. I purchased a Targus slim from BB a few days after launch, and while it fit fine, the magnets didn't work. I contacted them and they were nice enough to send me a redesigned one once they came in. Happy to report it works great. Supposedly they are in stores as well.
