That is debatable I reckon. If you go to a dealership an oil change for a BMW,Mercedes or a Porsche can be North of $200-300 where if you go outside an oil change may cost you as little as $50-90. The dealership could argue that they are getting ripped off by people outside charging less money for oil changes where as people getting their oil changed could argue that the dealership is ripping them off.

In an open market you be able to buy from where you want to. China could argue that they are getting ripped off by Africa,Brazil,Vietnam,Thailand,Myanmar,Cambodia and the list goes on and on. Not all countries earn equal income because "REALLY" being ripped off here is not true due to the fact that not everyone on earth is paid equally. Even in the US not everyone is paid equally. Minimum wage in the US is not the same for everyone in every state and every city.
