Task Manager equivalent

Still coming up the Windows > Mac learning curve. Is there a Mac equivalent to the "Task Manager" function in Windows? (shows all running applications, functions, memory & CPU activity etc.)

It's called Activity Monitor. Finder>Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor, or just search for it in Spotlight and it'll come up. :)
