Taskbar clock as text instead of numbers?

Hello.

I've seen in some screenshots of peoples desktops, that their clock display with text instead of numbers (ABC as opposed to 123). How would I go about changing this? I don't see any options for this in system preferences.

Thanks, Jimmy! Exactly what I was looking for, it seems.

EDIT ADD: Is it possible to move it to where the default clock is supposed to be? Right next to my username, that is.

You should be able to rearrange most menubar icons by holding the command key and clicking on the icon and dragging it.
