I usually use B&H to purchase Apple products because they do not charge sales tax for people buying outside of NY, but they don't have iPhone X. Are there any online vendors who do not charge?

Doesn’t it depend on the shipping destination?

Yes, it does.

Say you live in FL and buy from B&H, you do not pay sales tax. However, if B&H starts to operate also in Florida, then you will pay sales tax.

Same thing happened with Amazon. For years, FL residents did not pay sales tax for their Amazon purchases (sold by Amazon). Then Amazon started to operate in FL, now every shipment sold by Amazon that is sent to FL is being taxed.

I could be wrong but I do not remember B&H carrying iPhones.

Ipad, Macbook and other Apple products, yes. But no iPhones.

EDIT/UPDATE: I talked to B&H chat. They said they sold iPhones for a very short time but no iPhones anymore.
